New Orleans Concierge Association
(NOCA) was established on March 21, 1984 as a Louisiana not-for-profit corporation that fosters opportunities for the professional growth and development of concierges and affiliated organizations in the New Orleans Metropolitan area. NOCA concierges stand as the vanguard of service in the hospitality industry. They accommodate every guest request, so long as it is ethical, legal, and humanly possible. NOCA upholds a high standard of integrity and ethics for all concierges, both inside and outside the organization.
THAILAND HONORS GOOD CATCH WITH THAI SELECT 1-STAR Recognizing Excellence in Authentic Thai Cuisine and Hospitality
Good Catch Thai Urban Bistro has been awarded Thai SELECT 1-Star certification by Thailand’s
Ministry of
Commerce, an
official recognition of authentic Thai cuisine and hospitality. 1-Star restaurants are defined as
fine-casual dining
with high-quality food and full-service hospitality. The Thai SELECT program maintains a set of
strict
standards to be
named and more rigorous standards to earn stars. The process to earn this Thai SELECT 1-Star
certification included
meeting their initial requirements for authentic Thai cooking methods, qualified Thai culinary
expertise, passing an
inspection by the local Thai Trade Center (Chicago), and final review and approval by the Department
of
International
Trade Promotion in Bangkok, Thailand.
